Why this selector is neutral
This tool is published by TrustBill but does not always recommend TrustBill first. TrustBill's fit is genuinely best for the SME, consultancy and ERP-diverse profiles — free tier, minutes-to-live, watch-folder agent, multi-tenant portal. It is not the best fit for enterprises with dedicated SAP or Oracle developer teams who want direct ASP integration; the selector will surface Microvista Technologies (TrustBill's own accredited ASP partner) or ClearTax in those cases.
The scoring logic is deliberately readable — no hidden weightings, no dark patterns. If your profile fits an ASP better than TrustBill, that ASP appears first. That neutrality is what makes the tool linkable by accounting associations, chambers of commerce and third-party review sites. Marketing pages get skimmed; neutral tools get cited.
The MoF register (mof.gov.ae/en/about-us/initiatives/einvoicing/einvoicing-accredited-service-providers-asps/) is the ultimate authority on which entities are accredited. This selector filters candidates from that list; it does not substitute for verifying the current register at contract signing.

Is this selector affiliated with the Ministry of Finance?+
No. It is a third-party tool published by TrustBill. The MoF publishes the authoritative Accredited Service Provider register at mof.gov.ae. This selector filters candidates from that register based on caller profile; it does not act on behalf of the MoF.
How do I verify an ASP is actually accredited?+
Check mof.gov.ae/en/about-us/initiatives/einvoicing/einvoicing-accredited-service-providers-asps/ for the current register. Accreditations are granted, renewed and occasionally removed; the register is the single source of truth.
Why does TrustBill appear at all if the tool is neutral?+
Because TrustBill routes through a MoF-accredited ASP (Microvista Technologies LLC, accreditation №157529) and is genuinely the best fit for the SME, consultancy, free-tier and ERP-diverse profiles. Excluding TrustBill from a tool TrustBill publishes would be dishonest by omission — the fair test is whether TrustBill appears only when it actually fits.
What if my ERP isn't on the list?+
Pick "Other" and the selector still filters on volume, sector, budget and dev capacity — those four are enough to differentiate the shortlist even without ERP fit. Most ASPs can integrate with anything given time; the question is how much of that time is your team's.
Does the shortlist mean these ASPs will accept me as a customer?+
No. It means they fit your profile technically and commercially. Some ASPs have minimum contract sizes, sector focus or capacity constraints that only become visible at sales conversation. The shortlist narrows the field; the discovery calls decide the fit.
