FTA-Accredited Partnership

TrustBill Partners with Microvista Technologies β€” FTA-Accredited ASP

TrustBill submits invoices to the FTA e-invoicing network through Microvista Technologies, an officially accredited service provider. This partnership ensures your invoices are compliant, secure, and submitted through a trusted channel. Data stays in UAE.

Our partnership with Microvista Technologies

TrustBill has established a strategic partnership with Microvista Technologies, an FTA-accredited Accredited Service Provider (ASP) listed on the Ministry of Finance's pre-approved ASP register. This partnership enables TrustBill to submit PINT-AE compliant invoices to the FTA network on behalf of our customers.

Microvista Technologies brings years of experience in UAE e-invoicing infrastructure, with a proven track record of successful submissions and compliance. Their ASP infrastructure is designed for high availability, data security, and regulatory compliance. By partnering with an accredited ASP, TrustBill ensures that every invoice submitted through our platform meets the FTA's technical and legal requirements without requiring our customers to obtain their own ASP accreditation.

What does FTA accreditation mean?

FTA accreditation is the official authorization granted by the UAE Federal Tax Authority to service providers who meet strict technical, operational, and security requirements for e-invoicing. Accredited ASPs are the only entities authorized to submit invoices to the FTA's e-invoicing network on behalf of businesses.

To obtain accreditation, ASPs must demonstrate: - Technical capability to handle PINT-AE XML format - Data security and encryption standards (TLS 1.3, AES-256) - Data residency within UAE (AWS me-central-1 or equivalent) - High availability (99.5%+ uptime) - Robust error handling and failover mechanisms - Compliance with Cabinet Decision 106/2025 penalty framework

Microvista Technologies meets all these requirements and is listed on the official MoF pre-approved ASP register.

Benefits of our ASP partnership

TrustBill's partnership with Microvista Technologies provides several key benefits:

- **Compliance assurance** β€” Your invoices are submitted through an officially accredited channel, eliminating compliance risk. - **No separate ASP contract** β€” You don't need to sign a separate contract with an ASP. TrustBill handles the ASP relationship. - **Simplified onboarding** β€” One signup with TrustBill gives you access to accredited ASP submission. - **Data residency** β€” All invoice data stays in UAE (AWS me-central-1), meeting local data sovereignty requirements. - **Enterprise reliability** β€” Microvista's infrastructure is designed for 99.5%+ uptime with robust failover. - **Cost efficiency** β€” No separate ASP fees β€” pricing is bundled into TrustBill plans. - **Technical support** β€” TrustBill provides first-line support, with escalation to Microvista for ASP-specific issues.

Security and data residency

Security and data residency are core to our ASP partnership:

- **Data residency** β€” All invoice data is stored and processed within UAE (AWS me-central-1). No data leaves the country. - **Encryption** β€” Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). - **Access controls** β€” Role-based access control ensures only authorized personnel can access invoice data. - **Audit logging** β€” All submissions are logged with timestamps, user IDs, and submission status for compliance auditing. - **SOC 2 compliance** β€” Microvista Technologies maintains SOC 2 Type II certification for information security. - **Penetration testing** β€” Regular security audits and penetration testing ensure ongoing security posture.

How submission works

The submission process through our ASP partnership is seamless:

1. **Invoice creation** β€” You create an invoice in your ERP or accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.). 2. **Sync to TrustBill** β€” TrustBill automatically syncs the invoice via API, desktop agent, or Excel upload. 3. **PINT-AE conversion** β€” TrustBill converts the invoice to PINT-AE XML format, the UAE's national e-invoicing standard. 4. **Validation** β€” The invoice is validated against FTA requirements (51 mandatory data elements). 5. **ASP submission** β€” TrustBill submits the validated invoice to Microvista Technologies' ASP infrastructure. 6. **FTA network** β€” Microvista Technologies routes the invoice to the FTA's e-invoicing network. 7. **Status tracking** β€” TrustBill tracks submission status (pending, submitted, accepted, rejected) and updates your dashboard.

The entire process is automated β€” no manual intervention required after initial setup.
