  1. 1.Do you know your customers' TRNs for every B2B customer?

PINT-AE mandatory field — missing TRN is the #1 rejection reason.

  2. 2.Does your accounting or ERP software export invoices as structured data (not just PDF)?

Excel, CSV, XML or API — anything TrustBill's connectors or watch-folder can read.

  3. 3.Is your customer master data clean — legal names, addresses, VAT categories, correct TRN format?

Bad master data breaks conversion at line one.

  4. 4.Do you already produce bilingual English/Arabic invoices where required?

The renderer is fixable; whether you have the Arabic data is the harder question.

  5. 5.When you issue credit notes, do they reference the original invoice number?

PINT-AE credit notes must reference the parent invoice UUID.

  6. 6.If you operate in or invoice free zones, do you know which zones are 'Designated Zones' for VAT?

DAFZA, JAFZA, DMCC, etc. — treatment differs materially.

  7. 7.Do you handle advance payments or deposits with a distinct advance invoice, not a note on the main invoice?

PINT-AE has a specific invoice type (386) for advance payments.

  8. 8.Have you decided which accredited service provider (ASP) you'll use?

The MoF list is public; TrustBill routes via Microvista Technologies.

  9. 9.Does someone on your finance or IT team know your mandate deadline?

    Wave 1: 30 Oct 2026 appoint / 1 Jan 2027 go-live. Wave 2: 31 Mar / 1 Jul 2027.

  10. 10.Do you have a documented process for how invoices flow from creation to submission?

Even a one-page diagram is enough. No process = no rollback if something breaks.

How it works

  1. Answer 10 short questions honestly — Yes / Partial / No.
  2. See your 1–10 score, colour band, and the gaps that reduced your score.
  3. Share the score with your CFO or accountant (there's a copy-link button).
  4. Pair with the deadline calculator to know how much runway you have.
  5. When you're ready, spin up TrustBill's free tier and start closing the gaps.

Frequently asked questions

What score means I'm ready?+

8/10 or higher (Green band). At that point you have master data, ERP export, credit-note referencing, advance handling and an ASP decision in place — the remaining items are process polish rather than blockers.

Is my score audit-defensible?+

No. The scorecard is a self-assessment tool for internal planning. FTA compliance is determined by the actual invoices you submit and the underlying records — not by a score. That said, a low score is a reliable signal that you're not audit-defensible today.

Does TrustBill see my answers?+

No. All computation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. Refreshing the page clears your answers.

How long does it take?+

Under two minutes if you know your setup. If a question stumps you (typically the TRN capture or the ASP decision), that's the useful signal — mark it Partial or No and add it to your gap list.

Can I use this for multiple entities in a group?+

Yes — run it once per legal entity. Each entity has its own TRN, its own ERP setup, its own mandate wave and its own master data. Group-level averages hide entity-level problems.
