By accessing or using TrustBill services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
TrustBill provides an accredited e-invoicing platform for UAE businesses, enabling compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations. Our services include:
- Invoice generation and validation
- Integration with Accredited Service Providers (ASPs)
- TRN management and verification
- VAT return preparation
- Consultancy portal for managing SME clients
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of TrustBill, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable UAE tax laws and regulations
- Ensure all invoice data is accurate and legitimate
- Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
4. Subscription and Billing
TrustBill offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Data Accuracy and Compliance
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data submitted through TrustBill. TrustBill is not liable for:
- Tax penalties resulting from incorrect data
- Rejection of invoices by the Federal Tax Authority
- Business losses due to data errors
We recommend that all financial data be reviewed by a qualified tax professional before submission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TrustBill are owned by Businex360 FZ LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
