Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. The program
TrustBill's referral program rewards participants who introduce new UAE businesses to TrustBill. The program is announced in connection with TrustBill's sponsorship of the TCC Cricket Tournament in Dubai and is governed by these terms. By taking part, you accept them.
2. Who can participate
Anyone aged 18 or over may participate — you do not need to be a TrustBill customer. TrustBill employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible. The program is intended for genuine personal or business referrals within the UAE.
3. What counts as a successful referral
A referral is successful when all of the following are met: (a) the referred business is a new TrustBill customer that has not previously registered or been in contact with our sales team; (b) you submitted the referral through the referral form on the campaign page before the business first contacted TrustBill or signed up; (c) it activates a paid TrustBill subscription; and (d) the subscription remains active and paid for 30 consecutive days. Free-tier sign-ups alone do not qualify.
4. The reward
Each successful referral earns the referrer one 18-karat gold coin. There is no cap on the number of coins you can earn while the program runs. The coin's design and specifications are determined by TrustBill and confirmed to you at the time of the award. Rewards are personal to the referrer and are not transferable.
5. Reward form
The reward is an 18-karat gold coin or the equivalent amount in UAE dirhams (AED), as determined by TrustBill at the time of the award.
6. Claiming your coin
We notify you when your referral qualifies and arrange handover or insured delivery within the UAE. Identification may be required at handover. If we cannot reach you within 60 days of the reward qualifying — using the contact details you provided — the reward is forfeited.
7. Fair use
Self-referrals, referrals of businesses you own or control, referrals generated through spam, purchased contact lists, misleading claims, or any form of manipulation are void. TrustBill may disqualify participants and withhold rewards where these terms are breached, and may reclaim rewards already issued in cases of fraud.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that apply to receiving the reward under the laws that apply to you.
9. Changes and termination
TrustBill may amend these terms or suspend or end the program at any time by updating this page. Referrals that qualified before an amendment or termination are still honoured under the terms that applied when they qualified.
10. Liability
The program is provided on a goodwill, promotional basis. To the extent permitted by law, TrustBill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, and our total liability in connection with the program is limited to the value of the applicable reward.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
