PACT ERP UAE E-Invoicing: FTA PINT-AE Integration 2026

PACT ERP is widely used by trading and manufacturing businesses across the Middle East for accounting, inventory, and VAT management. It supports Arabic and English, but it does not include native FTA/Peppol PINT-AE submission. To comply with the UAE e-invoicing mandate, PACT users need an accredited ASP connector such as TrustBill.

The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requires invoices to be reported as structured PINT-AE XML through a Peppol-accredited service provider. Large businesses must comply by 1 January 2027, and SMEs by 1 July 2027. Without a connector, PACT invoices remain outside the FTA reporting network.

TrustBill sits between PACT ERP and the UAE e-invoicing network. We read invoice data from PACT through a secure on-premise agent or scheduled data exchange, convert it to PINT-AE XML, validate it against FTA rules, and submit it through our accredited ASP.

This approach works whether PACT is installed on a local Windows server in your office or hosted in a private cloud. No changes to your chart of accounts or day-to-day workflows in PACT are required.

TrustBill automatically maps PACT invoice fields to the PINT-AE specification. The conversion covers all mandatory data: invoice UUID, issue date, supplier/buyer TRN, line items, VAT rates, totals, and UAE-specific elements such as free-zone and margin-scheme indicators.

Each invoice is validated before submission, so format or logic errors are caught and reported back to your team before the FTA ever sees them. Accepted invoices are stored with a timestamp and clearance reference for audit purposes.

Most PACT integrations are live within a few days. The typical timeline is:

1. **Connect PACT** — Install the TrustBill agent or configure the data exchange that exports invoice records from PACT. 2. **Map fields** — Map PACT customers, items, tax codes, and branches to PINT-AE structure. TrustBill provides a pre-built template for PACT. 3. **Enter TRN details** — Confirm seller and buyer Tax Registration Numbers are complete and accurate in PACT. 4. **Test and validate** — Send a batch of test invoices through TrustBill and confirm PINT-AE validation passes. 5. **Go live** — Enable automatic submission. New invoices flow to the FTA as they are issued in PACT.

For a single-location trading business, setup can be completed in under a week. More complex manufacturing or multi-branch deployments may take two to three weeks.

PACT is often deployed on-premise, so TrustBill uses a read-only agent that pulls only the invoice data needed for e-invoicing. All transfer between PACT and TrustBill uses TLS 1.3, and data is encrypted at rest in the UAE (AWS me-central-1).

PACT already supports Arabic and English interfaces. TrustBill preserves both languages in e-invoice output, ensuring Arabic buyer names, addresses, and item descriptions are correctly encoded in PINT-AE and readable by FTA systems.
