Marg ERP 9+ Integration

UAE E-Invoicing for Marg ERP β€” FTA PINT-AE Made Easy

TrustBill connects Marg ERP 9+ to the UAE Federal Tax Authority e-invoicing network. We read your Marg invoices, remap GST-centric tax data to UAE VAT, validate against PINT-AE, and submit through an FTA-accredited ASP.

How TrustBill integrates with Marg ERP 9+

Marg ERP 9+ is a GST-heavy, desktop/server ERP built for retail, pharmacy and distribution in India and the Middle East. It already supports Indian e-invoicing (IRP, QR code and IRN), but it does not include a native UAE PINT-AE FTA submission module. TrustBill closes that gap by extracting invoice data from Marg, remapping GST fields to UAE VAT, converting the data to PINT-AE XML, validating it against FTA rules, and submitting it through our accredited ASP.

Data can be read through a secure connector, scheduled export, or direct database access depending on your Marg deployment. Once connected, invoice, credit-note and debit-note data flows automatically without re-keying or manual file uploads to the FTA portal.

GST to UAE VAT tax remapping

Marg is designed around Indian GST: GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, CGST/SGST/IGST ledgers, and GSTR returns. The UAE uses a 5% VAT model, TRN validation, PINT-AE XML, free-zone flags and margin-scheme indicators.

TrustBill handles the full tax remapping so you can keep using Marg for accounting and inventory. We convert GST tax ledgers into UAE VAT lines, map buyer and seller TRNs, adjust place-of-supply logic, and inject the UAE-specific fields required by PINT-AE. This means no chart-of-accounts reconfiguration in Marg and no disruption to your daily billing workflow.

PINT-AE compliance and 2026-2027 deadlines

PINT-AE is the UAE's national e-invoice standard. All invoices exchanged between suppliers and buyers must be structured XML/UBL, not PDF or email, and reported to the Federal Tax Authority. The mandate starts 1 January 2027 for large businesses and 1 July 2027 for SMEs.

TrustBill generates PINT-AE payloads directly from Marg, including invoice UUID, issue and due dates, seller/buyer TRNs, line-item details, VAT totals, taxable amounts, and QR codes. Each submission is validated before transmission and tracked from pending to accepted or rejected, giving you an audit trail before the FTA deadlines.

The mapping TrustBill applies when converting a Marg ERP 9+ sales voucher (read via the standard Marg export or the direct database connector) to PINT-AE XML. Fields below use Marg's India-origin GST schema; TrustBill handles the GST β†’ UAE VAT remapping automatically.

Security, data residency and read-only access

TrustBill uses the minimum read access required to pull invoice and tax data from Marg. We do not request permissions to create, modify or delete transactions, and we do not process payments. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3 and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

Your Marg company file and database remain on-premise or on your own server. Only the invoice data needed for FTA submission is sent to TrustBill, and that data is hosted and processed in the UAE.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Marg ERP ready for UAE e-invoicing?

Marg ERP is not natively PINT-AE ready. It supports Indian GST e-invoicing through the Invoice Registration Portal, but a connector such as TrustBill is required to map GST data to UAE VAT and submit PINT-AE invoices to the FTA.

Does TrustBill support Marg for pharmacies and retail?

Yes. TrustBill supports Marg deployments for retail, pharmacy and distribution. We preserve batch-wise inventory, POS sales, credit/debit notes and pharmacy-specific fields while converting the invoice data to UAE PINT-AE.

How long does the Marg setup take?

Most Marg customers are live within one to two business days. Setup includes connecting your Marg data source, mapping GST tax ledgers to UAE VAT, validating TRNs, and running test PINT-AE submissions before going live.

How is Marg invoice data secured?

TrustBill uses read-only access, TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Your Marg company data stays on your own system; only the invoice records required for FTA submission are transferred and they are processed entirely in the UAE.

How is UAE e-invoicing different from India GST e-invoicing?

India uses the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP), GSTIN, HSN/SAC and IRN/QR codes for GST. The UAE uses the Federal Tax Authority's PINT-AE standard, TRN, 5% VAT, UBL/XML payloads and its own mandatory fields. TrustBill handles the format and tax mapping differences automatically.
